Tetra Gun Shop opened in 2014 with one rule: treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated at the counter. Twelve years and tens of thousands of transfers later, that’s still how we run the shop.

Marcus Tate built the business as a USPSA Production-class competitor and a federally licensed dealer who actually shoots what he sells. The catalog covers everyday carry handguns, hunting rifles, AR builds, ammunition by the case, optics, holsters, knives, and the gear that goes with them.

Do you ship firearms to my state?
Yes — we ship to every US state where the firearm is legal for civilian ownership. Long guns ship directly to your address; handguns and NFA items ship to your local FFL for transfer. We’ll match you to a local FFL if you don’t already have one.
How long does the FFL transfer take?
Once your handgun arrives at the receiving FFL, you complete an ATF Form 4473 in person. Most transfers wrap in 15–30 minutes if NICS clears instantly. Some states (CA, IL, NJ, etc.) have additional waiting periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. We do not store card data. We also accept select cryptocurrencies via the MoonPay gateway.
What’s your return policy?
Unfired and unmodified firearms can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Ammunition, magazines, optics in opened packaging, and consumable items are not returnable. Full policy on the Returns page.
Do you sell ammunition online?
Yes — rifle, handgun, shotgun, rimfire and specialty ammunition. Ground shipping only (no air). Some states (NY, MA, CA) require additional documentation, which we’ll request after checkout.
